How good are Nature's Kiss products?
We thought they were so good that we started importing them from New Zealand. We believe that if 100,000 New Zealanders bought the product every year then it must be good.
How long does a Pot of Nature's Kiss last?
The Herbal Relief (Antiflamme) in a 45gram pot, if used on an ankle or wrist or shoulder daily, should last you several months (less if used twice a day).
How accurate is the Powertap?
It is accurate to +/- 1.5% which is the same accuracy you would get off an £8000 SRM scientific power meter.
How good are CeramicSpeed Bearings?
We spent £500 of our own money buying up Chinese ceramic bearings used by HOPE/Enduro/F1/Boca just to name just a few, and we found they were slow and sticky... Some of them spun freely in our hands but then seized up in BB cups or hubs, so we are darn pleased to be able to offer the best bearings on the Planet.

What delivery method does Active Life Logistics use?
We use Royal Mail First Class mail in the UK. This means that your goods will usually arrive the next working day for most of the UK mainland. For international orders we use Royal Mails Parcelforce International.
Is my credit/switch card number secure?
Yes! Active Life Logistics uses RBS World Pay to collect your credit card information and it is hosted on their own secure server. Your computer establishes a direct connection to World Pay's own server, so we don't actually see your credit card details at all. The latest encryption technology (SSL) is used to enable secure transfer of your personal data over the Internet.
If you've received an item(s) from Active Life Logistics and you don't want to keep it for any reason, return the goods to us and we'll give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s). Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Once we've received them back, we will credit your card straight away.
Who pays the postage on returned items?
If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.
What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered?
Return it to us with a clear note of the problem. We'll either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.
What do I do to cancel an order?
If you want to cancel an order before we've despatched it, just phone us up or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We try to despatch things very quickly so you need to contact us straight away!
